I am looking to determine if there is an IPHost Network Monitor client that I can use from another workstation?

No, you can not run the IPHost Network Monitor Client from another workstation.

You may consider using the Remote Desktop Connection to control the IPHost client from another workstation. Or you can use the IPHost web interface for the read-only access from another workstation. Via the web interface you will not be able to create/change monitor settings but will be able to see reports, current status and start/stop/poll monitors if needed.
